It plays a vital function in business organizing and interdepartmental alignment—directly assisting the company's purpose to supply premium quality health programs and solutions.
The Manager, Processes, delivers strategic monitoring and engineering guidance for eHealth Africa’s business structure, making sure ability to scale and productive operational structures that assist the company’s programs and solutions.
S/he is in charge of designing, executing, and optimizing business frameworks that combine facilities, logistics, engineering, and guard processes.
The Manager ensures deployment readiness, adherence, and cost-performance while nurturing cross-unit-specific partnership to meet continuously adapting corporate needs.

Bsc in Business Management, Process management, Project coordination, or relevant field.
Ideally MSC.
At least 7 years of progressive process management expertise, which includes duty for multi-on-site facilities, logistics, and structure position, ideally in an NGO or an equivalent integration of education and expertise.
Exhibited capability to design and execute business frameworks that meet adherence and effectiveness guidelines.
Qualifications and Permits: APICS, PMP qualifications or the equivalent are wanted.
