Generation Manager at Olam PFB in Lagos

Job Description

This position is in charge of coordinating and monitoring the routine beverage generation processes.
This position make sure that generation targets are fulfilled productively while preserving the highest quality benchmarks, conforming to safety procedures, and optimizing process effectiveness.
The position will head, motivate, and track a team of production worker, making sure that all initiatives match with organisation rules, guidelines, and targets.

Oversee and organize all generation initiatives for production operations (Beverages).
Assign labor and assets productively to meet generation targets and enhance process.
Ensure the generation line runs smoothly by supervising tools and addressing business concerns promptly.
Implement routine generation strategies and plans, operating closely with the Plant Manager to meet generation targets.
Make sure that all goods meet specified quality and quantity qualifications.
Track and regulate generation parameters to preserve uniformity, quality, and effectiveness throughout the change.
Work alongside the Quality assurance team to execute corrective actions for any quality deviations.
Make sure that Good Production operations Procedures (GMP) and quality procedures are firmly followed on the generation floor.
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and standard procedures to guarantee a safe operating environment for all employees.
Verify that every processes adhere with compliance obligations and internal safety rules, which includes hygiene and food safety guidelines.
Handle possibility safety risks or incidents at once.
