Business Development Manager at a Fast-growing Asset Management Firm - Estrada International Staffing Solutions in Lekki, Lagos

About the Position

The Business Development Manager will be in charge of pushing the growth of the firm’s deposit and loan project sample by leveraging current networks, building new long-term alliances, and strengthening the firm’s visibility inside the financial ecosystem. The preferred candidate must possess a solid experience in financial solutions (especially banking or resource control) and a strong insight of loan arranging and fixed deposit mobilization.

Primary duties

• Acquire and mobilize fixed deposits from individuals and institutions.
• Market and originate organized loan goods for certified customers.
• Oversee customer connections to lead product adoption and customer retention.
• Recognize and close new commercial opportunities across corporate and individual customers.
• Carry out consistent market intelligence and rival benchmarking.
• Guarantee adherence with compliance-related and internal risk mitigation strategy guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee smooth service dispatch.

Qualifications

• A First Academic qualification in Business Management, Finance, or associated fields
• Specialist qualifications is a plus.
• At least 5 years of expertise in business development within resource control, business-related banking, or finance houses.
• Demonstrated expertise in deposit mobilization and loans arranging.
• Robust customer network in the Lagos financial market.
• Clear articulation, interpersonal and bargaining ability.
