General Goal / Overview

Under the direct oversight of the Livelihood Manager, the Livelihood Manager is in charge of the routine execution, oversight, and QA of the intervention in line with project goals, donor qualifications, and corporate guidelines. The Livelihood Manager will make sure that recipients accept prompt, dispute- sensitive, and influential assist. The role occupant will make sure that initiatives are responsive to group needs, meets targets, and are carried out according to industry standards and donor qualifications.

Group Mobilzation:

  • Make sure that recipients and local populations comprehend the project’s targets and consent with the execution process.
  • Actively engages to the good partnership with the FCDO project consortium members, local key stakeholders and group delegates for smooth execution of the programme initiatives.
  • Liaises with the local group delegates and governing bodies in order to recognize the needs, employee concerns and key events that could show promise results for PUI and the FCDO consortium initiatives.
  • Ensures proper development and oversight of the group’s voluntary assistants/routine workers who will take part in the project.
  • Follows up and aids the sensitizations for the recipients or group’s members according to the recognized needs.
  • Participate consistent group sessions in the allocated zone.

Logistic & Management:

  • Ensure corporate rules, standard process standardized processes, guard regulations and standardized processes are preserved by the team under his/her oversight.
  • Under the duty of the Livelihood PM, take part in logistical and managerial company, organizing, and project setup of the site team.
  • Ensures the client engagement and the proper use of materials and resources during in-field work by her/his team.
  • Aids and supervises the stock of materials to the work on-site in partnership with the Logistic Department.

Qualifications

Interested applicants should have a Master's degree / Bachelor's degree Academic qualification with 3 - 10 years work expertise.
