About the Position

The Corporate Business Head will lead strategic business development endeavors, oversee broker connections, and deepen the organization’s presence across MDAs, Nonprofit organizations, and public sector accounts. The preferred candidate will possess demonstrated expertise in life coverage business purchase, customer connection management, and must show effective guidance and income-pushing abilities.

Primary duties

• Head the corporate sales plan for business development and customer retention.
• Oversee comprehensive broker and channel connections.
• Engage and build long-term corporate collaborations with MDAs, Nonprofit organizations, and key public sector customers.
• Recognize and pursue new market avenues within group life and annuity goods.
• Work alongside underwriting, requests, and actuarial units to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Organize and supply high-effect demonstrations and proposals to executive customers.
• Meet and exceed every month/every quarter business development targets.

Qualifications

• A Bsc in a applicable field; professional certification in coverage (e.g. CIIN) are a plus.
• At least 5 years post-service experience expertise in a similar corporate sales/business development position in the coverage or financial solutions sector.
• Life Coverage industry expertise is highly preferred; general/composite expertise can be assessed.
• Demonstrated expertise in broker management and public sector relation.
• Exhibited expertise in coverage goods, sales plans, and industry rules.
• Clear articulation, bargain, and management abilities.
