Role summary

• You guarantee standard in the factory and are in charge of meeting quality targets.
• You are fully in charge of the people, machinery and the recognition and elimination excellent quality losses and challenges in the department.
• You grow your team’s capabilities and organize unit-specific initiatives in accordance with corporate guidelines, local qualifications and ISO guidelines.
• In this position, you documentation straight to the plant manager with dotted line duty to corporate quality.

How you will support

You will make sure that all quality targets, targets and targets in the factory (which includes regional and worldwide obligations) are fulfilled. You will formulate and track your department’s financial plan and eliminate losses. With your team, you will carry out consistent strategy-do-act-check evaluations to strategy how targets will be met, implement the strategy and periodically check and take action to stay on track. In addition, you will make sure that there is full compliance to all suitable legal provisions, food safety quality benchmarks and buyer qualifications of all manufactured goods and oversee crisis conditions internally and externally in ways that assist the organization’s image, rules and business. As a people leader, you are in charge of hiring process and arranging of the department to guarantee there are sufficient assets to supply on plant targets, set and evaluate targets, and mentor and train team members.
