Position Objective

The Manager, Online Commute Agency (OTA) is in charge of coordinating the daily connections with worldwide associates and supervising the initiatives and effectiveness to guarantee that most effective outcomes are accomplished.

Duties

• Advance and market the business, formulate to new or specialty markets
• Formulate plan and analysis about any worldwide, local concerns and future practices
• Oversee financial plans and preserve statistical and finance records for the business
• Imaginatively formulate commute goods and travel bundles
• Decide customers' qualifications for commute, accommodation and special interests
• Acquire goods and destinations to meet buyer needs for bespoke commute and maintainable tourism
• Take part in familiarization visits to new destinations, to compile details on concerns and amenities of interest to customers
• Stock travelers with pertinent information and useful commute/holiday material (advisors, maps, event programs etc.)
• Coordinate with commute associates, which includes airlines and hotels, to oversee appointments and plans, often a year in improve
• Bargain agreements or rates with commute service vendors
• Lead ongoing development of commute programs
• Motivate the business development team to hit and exceed their targets and ensure organisation profit margin

Qualifications

• Should possess a Bsc with 5 years of work-related expertise.
• Should possess expertise of the Online Commute industry and Online Commute Agencies’ critical success factors is significant to be successful in this position.
• Should possess airline sales/ account management and trade expertise in addition to exposure to international market practices, good expertise in online promotion, pricing and allocation tech and outstanding building relationship ability.
• Should possess outstanding English documented and spoken communication competencies
• Should possess robust bargain ability, management abilities and creative mentality
