Position Overview

• We are looking for a outcomes-driven and skilled eCommerce Manager to supervise the processes, promotion, and growth of our new online marketplace.
• The preferred candidate will be in charge of the daily management of our eCommerce website, vendor orientation, digital promotion, customer conversion, and online/offline sales optimization.
• This is a new venture position for someone who enjoys building from scratch.

Vendor Orientation:

Recognize and onboard dependable sellers to the operational base - Organize orientation materials and set up vendor assist methods

Processes Setup:

Strategy order fulfillment, returns, dispatch, and payment methods - Organize with logistics and payment associates

Corporate plan & Growth:

Assist formulate go-to-market plan for initiate - Track rivals and suggest enhancements or new capabilities

Credentials and Expertise

• Applicants should have a Bsc in Promotion, Business, IT, or relevant field.
• 3+ years of expertise in eCommerce management or online marketplace.
• Deep knowledge of eCommerce practices, SEO, Google Data analysis, and ads.
• Expertise with channels like Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom operational structures.
• Effective guidance and vendor leadership abilities.
• Clear articulation and issue resolution abilities.
