Adherence Manager at the Management Sciences for Health (MSH) in Abuja

Primary goal of the Position

The Adherence Manager will carry out confirmation of MSH internal regulates and adherence of all financial and business processes within MSH Nigeria.  The role occupant will confirm that all employees are well versed in donor and MSH rules and standardized processes and are conforming to such guidelines.  S/he will recognize differences in current internal regulate operational structures and offer strategic guidance to strengthen them; will recognize differences in employees’s expertise and competencies in MSH Rules & SoPs; will offer strategic guidance for development; and may offer learning directly to employees.

Credentials

Postgraduate ’s Academic qualification in Accounting or Business management or associated zones.

Preferred:

• Postgraduate degree preferred.
• Seven plus years of expertise in adherence, risk mitigation strategy or audit necessary.
• A member of a professional body in Accounting, Internal Audit, and Fraud Examination
• Comprehensive understanding of donor grant/agreements compliance standards.
• Expertise in international development programs preferred.
• Outstanding organizing, management, and planning abilities.
• Established leadership and interpersonal ability.
• Occupational skill in English necessary.
