Supervisor, Stock at DP World in Ibadan, Oyo

Responsibility

• Oversee fuel stock for Ibadan NB processes, tracking system to document supplies, shipments, issuances, probe capturing and inventory level.
• Monitoring and coordinating the stock of diesel inside the company.
• The position includes making sure precise inventory levels, minimizing losses, and optimizing the use of assets.

Digitalisation:

• Routine supervising of fuel possesses been captured by probe for trucks.
• Adjusting of differences with Idea Nova staff by sending routine probe captured.
• Checking of trucks fuel balance on arrival from trips before issuing another fuel.
• Preserving precision and tolerance level of the probe.
• Quick intervention on fixing problems pertaining probes with Fleet Managers.
• Supervising of fuel dispensed from the dump into respective trucks.
• Routine supervising of probes status of all trucks and making sure all probes are operating fine and status updates correctly.
• Status updates of probes capturing on Imanager
• Authorized of fuel on Imanager for both Dump, and Breweries
• Calculate and distribute time of authorization hours on on a weekly basis basis in accordance with accessibility SOP.
• Work alongside the IT assistance employees of Idea Nova for most effective probe effectiveness.
• Lifting of fuel issued on imanager for generators,driver test etc
• Settlement of System and Physical quantities on routine/on a weekly basis basis.

Team Management:

Oversee and oversee the dispensing officers.

Other Duty:

• Guarantee adherence with internal regulates, rules and methods.
• Make sure that all audit strategic guidance are promptly executed.
• Guarantee adherence with all workplace safety and wellness regulations of the on-site.
• Ensure routine cleaning of the two tanks.
• Any other position as may be allocated under leadership.

Credentials Necessary

Academic qualification in business, stock chain, logistics or relevant field.
