Job Description

Formulate and execute plans to attain and exceed in-store revenue goals.
Track sales effectiveness across stores and offer practical findings to deliver outcomes.
Work alongside the promotion team on advertising initiatives and marketing.
Build and preserve solid connections with key retailers, distributors, and store managers.
Employ, educate, and motivate an expanding team of sales delegates and agents.
Bargain agreements, shelf placements, and advertising avenues with in-store associates.
Act as the main point of reach out for all in-store-associated queries and strategic collaborations.
Recognize and onboard new in-store channels to expand market reach.
Organize with distributors to guarantee prompt product dispatch and accessibility in stores.
Enhance product placement and retail merchandising to optimize visibility and sales.
Train in-store sales teams to provide exceptional client support experiences.
Carry out consistent team sessions and offer evaluation comments to match with sales targets.
Design and execute capacity-building plans to boost service understanding and sales competencies.
Evaluate industry trends, client preferences, and rivals to shape sales plans.
Offer consistent documentation on effectiveness, hurdles, and development potentials for executive review.
Endorse pricing plans and product bundles to enhance attractiveness.

Higher national diploma / Bsc in Business Management, Sales, Promotion, or a relevant field.
At least 3 years’ demonstrated expertise in in-store sales (ideally in electronics).
Track document of repeatedly meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
Deep knowledge of in-store sales channels and the electronics market.
Outstanding connection management and bargaining ability.
Executive guidance expertise with the capability to oversee and motivate teams..
Exceptional information exchange and visual communication abilities.
Readiness to commute often to in-store sites.
Robust local network and understanding with the Abuja in-store landscape.
