Role summary

Under the oversight of the general organizer, you core tasks are to establish, adjust, strategy and oversee the execution of the Purpose’s HR infrastructures which includes internal standardized processes and rules, compensations and perks, human resource management, employees disciplines, professional development and learning or team building while respecting the local circumstance and legislation and MdM rules and values. The candidate oversee directly one assistant HRCo and offer IT assistance to three site administrative personnel on the Human resources management of the purpose.

National HR Management:

  • Ensure the recruitments process in time, quality and adherence
  • Modify and check the every month data remuneration (pay settings), alongside the earnings tax and community-related guard every month statements
  • Oversee existence, check in and current employees depart strategies (national and international) to guarantee expectation of differences and synchronization for the best use of purpose HR  
  • Track and client engagement the Human resources concerns handled by the MdM’s legal advisor 
  • Formulate and harmonize Human resources resources and oversee the execution by the site teams
  • Set up employees delegates inside the purpose and ensure interfacing
  • Oversee and/or carry out Human resources hiring process (position ad, profile, hiring process, reception/consolidation)
  • Deploy and track the assessment timetable for national employees
  • Oversee managerial management of national employees: composing agreements, supervising, establishing and archiving employees records
  • Advise line managers on addressing clashes between members and disciplinary measures according to national standardized processes and MdM procedure
  • Arrange and client engagement the development strategy
  • Oversee health coverage solutions/agreements for national employees and oversee psychological assist to offer to employees.

Expatriates HR Management:

  • Ensure the process for visas, work and residency licenses
  • Circulate housing regulatory framework, clarification of regulations and resources
  • Check in of departs
  • Archive recordkeeping (visas, agreements…).

Team management:

Hire the employees under your direct or technical duty and offer consistent reviews Reinforce the skills development of the Human resources department employees.

Qualifications

  • MSC in Management (Human resources specialization would be appreciated)
  • A minimum of 2 years of operating expertise in a humanitarian circumstance as Human resources organizer, managerial organizer or in Human resources management
  • Reliable background in dispute or difficult circumstance is an asset
  • Good expertise in recognizing and evaluating development and hiring process needs and developping skills development plans
  • Robust expertise in bargain and connections with governing bodies in a moving and difficult lawful circumstance
  • Outstanding Company competencies
  • Capability to adjust plans according to key focuses and unforeseen events
  • Capacity to read, build, and evaluate a financial plan and carry out financial plan supervising
  • Capability to carry out specialist interviews (hiring process, direction, etc.)
  • Track document in designing, formalizing and adjusting standardized processes / strategic guidance concerning Human resources
  • Successful expertise in analysing, arranging and directing a pay and employees management process
  • Capability to comprehend and analyze the lawful managerial structure for employees and the MdM regulations
  • Team spirit
  • Capability to operate and live in a difficult circumstance
  • Outstanding expertise in Windows environment (word, excel…)
  • Languages: English is compulsory (a minimum of C1 level), French will be an added advantage

Perks

  • 12-month agreement
  • Gross every month remuneration: €3,359
  • Role based in Abuja, Nigeria with consistent site visits
  • Premium equal to one month remuneration paid in two instalments – at least 6 months seniority necessary
  • Expatriation incentive (10% gross remuneration monthly)

  • Accomodation in guesthouse; this is NOT a family role
  • 22.5 recovery days per year
