Finance Manager at T.O.N Corporate Services in Abuja (FCT)

Role summary

The Finance Manager will supervise budgeting, evaluation, and status updates for the solar panel production operations processes. This position ensures proper expense management, productive distribution of assets, and adherence with all financial rules while assisting planned expansion.

Primary duties

• Formulate and oversee financial plans, projections, and money movement for the subsidiary.
• Supervise routine accounting processes, which includes AP/AR, wage processing, and adjustments.
• Execute expense management measures to improve profit margin.
• Organize and show every month/every quarter financial statements to top level management.
• Ensure tax adherence and on-time delivery of statutory filings.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Assist financial funding decisions with precise financial evaluation.
• Establish and track internal financial regulates to reduce risk risks.
• Offer financial findings to mentor business and business-related plans.
• Head and formulate the finance team to preserve high-effectiveness guidelines.
• Track the effect of currency fluctuations on procurement and imports.
• Lead Enterprise platform planning or finance platform enhancements for productive status updates.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years in finance Management, preferably in production operations or energy.
• Demonstrated expertise with expense management in generation environments.
• Solid understanding of IFRS, tax legal provisions, and adherence frameworks.
• Improved competencies in financial forecasting and data evaluation.
• Outstanding executive guidance, information exchange, and analytical abilities.
• Capability to operate under pressure in a dynamic new venture-like environment.
• Profitable company strategic insight and strategic judgment capabilities.
• Expertise with foreign exchange management is a plus.
