Work tasks

• Must be capable to bring Customers for the Labor arm of the company.
• Lead item capability upgrades and service operational base optimization to supply long-term value-add for the full operational cycle of different verticals in the Power and Sustainable Energy space.
• Grow current market distribute, formulate, and penetrate new markets/segments through value offerings.
• Formulate new business creative thoughts, grow transaction volume, and formulate market penetration plans.
• Recognize, analysis, formulate, execute, deploy, and oversee new business programs across all market types to enhance channel usage and business value.
• Obtain long-term alliances that enable entry to market and big aggregators applicable to the business targets and would support to business value both short term and long term.
• Build a applicable information repository that displays an apt comprehension of the corporate landscape needs and ensures a full comprehension of the business risks, the right model, and methods that minimize such risks.

Work expertise:

At least 5 - 6 years cognate expertise of which must possess been in team supervisor positions. Deep understanding of upcoming and ongoing key projects in the upstream & downstream sectors of Building. Applicant must possess background in Petroleum sector, Engineering, Procurement, Building and Labor (HR, Human resources) solutions. An eye for fashioning out commercial opportunities and assisting business expansion. A thoughtful leader in optimizing commercial opportunities.

• Demonstrated expertise in Petroleum sector and EPC
