About the Position

Itel is looking for a agile and meticulous Regional Processes & Display Manager to head store processes and store layout design endeavors in the Ibadan region. This position will supervise the execution of display guidelines, store initiatives, and the management of advertising assets to guarantee a regular and compelling customer experience across all Itel Home Stores.

Primary duties

• Head the learning, advancement, execution, and rectification of retail display guidelines across all regional stores.
• Organize the application, allocation, and supervising of store grants, promotional assets, props, and product prototypes.
• Formulate and implement store-level activity strategies, operating closely with the business promotion & sales teams to guarantee alignment and prompt implementation.
• Track and execute all store-based business duty, making sure operations excellency and corporate identity uniformity.
• Routinely audit store effectiveness, recognize differences, and endorse implementable enhancements.
• Assist new store vacancies with business organizing, display setup, and advertising alignment.
• Educate store employees on Itel’s standard operating standardized processes (SOPs) and store layout design industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Business Management, Promotion, or associated discipline.
• 2 - 4 years of expertise in in-store processes, store layout design, or regional site management.
• Robust corporate, organizing, and implementation competencies.
• Effective communication and executive guidance capability.
• Skilled in Ms office tools and analytics platforms.
• Capability to commute often inside the Ibadan region.
