Explanation and Targets

The Personnel Internship will assist the Skilled team and all employees and execute a range of duty. The key responsibility of the personnel internship is to assist the Skilled team in the well-functioning of the daily management of Human resources-associated needs and formulate subsequent strategies and initiatives that align Human resources management with SCIDaR targets. The candidate is in charge of offering assist in the management of Human resources processes, among others. Additionally, you will be necessary to execute other duty as may be allocated.

• Capability to manage sensitive conditions and preserve strong level of secrecy;
• Exhibited good strategic thinking, issue resolution, and expert influence abilities;
• Improved computer usage competencies with competence in Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• Quick learner, launch to learning from peers, subordinates and supervisors jointly and at a rapid pace;
• Outcomes-oriented performer, skilled in conceptualizing and tracking self and team with clear KPIs;
• Robust verbal and professional writing competencies.

Education and Expertise:

• At least a first-class in academic qualification in HR management, Community-related Sciences, or associated discipline;
• Understanding with submitting and archiving, development, hiring process, event organizing, and other Human resources processes;
• Outstanding logical, managerial, and planning abilities for detail-oriented assignment management;
• Competence with MS workspace resources, Google workspace, and digital applications/channels;
• Expertise in data evaluation resources llike Power BI is a plus;
• Exhibited interest in building a profession in HR.
