Job Description
Duties
- Online assistance to site teams on all MW TX initiatives.
- Initiating and Trouble Shooting.
- Service Migration and Cut-over.
- Collaborate with execution manager (IMP) in delivering project goals.
Qualifications
- Interested applicants should have an Higher national diploma / Bachelor`s Academic qualification
- Over 5 years of successful work expertise in MW Transmission network project dispatch or network servicing & maintenance;
- Knowledgeable about MW TX smooth dispatch initiative (L2/L3 provisioning) and possess the capability to do diagnosing issues for sophisticated challenges, PS Firewall migration expertise;
- Knowledgeable about MW TX associated technical solutions which includes VLAN Mapping / EPLA / QOS, CA;
- Expertise in actual project dispatch, client tech information exchange.
- Clear expression capability, good client support consciousness and network & cybersecurity consciousness.
