Evaluator - Transmission Entry at MTN Nigeria in Ikoyi, Lagos

Purpose

To strategically strategy MTNN’s Transmission network for future growth and formulate short-, medium- and long-term Transmission initiatives for Network evolution e.g. for GPRS, UMTS etc  To offer high-level assist for the Chief of the Transmission Division Oversee capacity, Interfaces Utilization and evolution, Oversee Entry Transmission network automatic control operational structures like Network Management Operational structures – NMS, and Oversee Efficient use of Spectrum assets and connected legal adherence for entry network segment inside the allocated region

Explanation

• Interpret data, initiatives & participant qualifications to offer applicable and current information to assist strategic judgment and the efficient operating of the whole Transmission network access planner (TAP) processes. 
• To design and execute standardized processes, methods and rules within Transmission network access planner’s (TAP) zone of work to enhance the operating of the National Transmission network access planner system. 
• Interface with other applicable participants in other departments to meet their qualifications and needs so that proper and adequate assist can be offered to enhance the transmission network. 
• Offer efficient assist to the Compliance-related management by sending prompt, the NCC Spectrum usage documentation bi-yearly to the compliance-related body in Nigeria (NCC). 
• Coordinate with management and assist other departments in supplying business targets, adding valued solutions and reducing time to market. 
• Offer technical directions and frameworks to meet business needs. 
• Be in charge of the collation, confirmation / evaluate of the data used in creating the authorities’ (NCC) microwave spectrum bi-yearly documentation provided, for MTNN. 
• Routinely updating, evaluating and confirmation of the Transmission network access planner Data base. 
• To be participated in transmission processes & organizing participant sessions to guarantee the execution of the conceptualize rules and methods throughout the project cycle. 
• Preserve efficient operating connections with within and outside the organization suppliers.
• Organize, mentor and shape external associates and crucial assist departments across MTNN’s business units to supply a smooth pre-sales and aftersales service expertise.

Qualifications Education:

First Academic qualification in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering/ Computer Engineering  Fluent in English.
