Duties

• Execute inventory counts at appointed organisation sites
• Examine discrepancies recognized during count and on settlement with stock records.
• Recount some or the full scope of stock items until satisfied with the count result.
• Advise warehouse staff and the Inventory management and Stock Regulate team as may be necessary in order to supplying an precise stock count.
• Carry out precise stock count of organisation inventory at the warehouse sites in line with Organisation stock Count standardized processes in a safe and productive manner.
• The stock count is anticipated to be completed across all sites within a time frame of 6 months.
• Problem on a weekly basis a advancement documentation of the stock count highlighting and status updates shortages or overages.
• Send a preliminary report to Technical Logistics Management for evaluate within 1 week of executing the stock count.
• Send a conclusive document of the stock count within 1 week after receiving response from Technical Logistics management on the preliminary report covering the items listed:
• Total volume and value of materials counted.
• Volume, value and percentage of precise counts
• Volume value and percentage of variances (Shortages and overages)
• Causes for the variances as may possess been observed during the counts.
• Bring to attention materials that are physically impaired which are observed during the count.
