• Preserve tools, parts, and inventory inventories by checking inventory to decide stock level; expecting needed tools, parts, and inventory; placing and speeding up orders; checking receipt.
• Organize mechanical reliability documentation by collecting, evaluating and condensing information and practices.
• Oversee the execution of preventative/yearly tools servicing & maintenance programs, reducing tools non-operational time and spoilage significantly.
• Carry out routine, on a weekly basis and every month preventive servicing & maintenance strategies.
• Preserve safe and clean operating environment by adhering with standardized processes, regulations, and rules.
• Offer technical guidance and initiatives for tools concerns.
• Mentor and offer direction to servicing & maintenance team on servicing & maintenance initiatives.
• Lead route cause evaluation over machine or process safety defeats.
• Take up IMS duties which includes status updates unsafe act, requirement or standardized process in the work place, engaging in fire or crisis drill at work, engaging in system issue status updates and investigative as required and compliance to Organisation rules.
