Generation Manager at Survival Agricultural Hub Limited (SAHL) in Iyana-Offa, Ibadan - Oyo

Duties

• Help and oversee farm processes.
• Head and help with initiatives which includes debeaking, medication and vaccination.
• Compose routine documentation of all farm initiatives and documentation straight to the CEO using the offered electronic medium e.g email, WhatsApp.
• Managing drug and vaccine to the birds.
• Periodic checking of poultry pens.
• Generation manager allocates obligations which includes cleaning and feeding to farm attendants and make sure that they are carried out in an productive manner.
• Supervising employees rosters and effectiveness.
• Manages the work of farming units and suggests enhancements and modifications.
• Checks farm buildings and tools, making sure standard procedure servicing & maintenance is carried out and repairs are made as required.
• Ensure adherence to adherence with government rules and workplace safety and wellness guidelines.
• Organize and direct general farm employees daily initiatives.
• Evaluate, suggest and assist in the execution of work standardized process which are advantageous for the business.
• Make sure that health and safety protocols (Biosecurity) are followed by all farm laborers and by everyone visiting the farm on-site.
• Manages the brooding of birds.
• Records and files data of bird’s growth (Document keeping)
• Make sure that the cleaning and clearing of the farm is always preserved.
• Ensure adherence to office sanitation procedures (Biosecurity) to prevent the spread of disease.
• Execute other obligations ad ordered by the management.
• Work together with Administrative manager, Verify Doctor, H.R and Adminstrative assistant to guarantee smooth running of farm initiatives.
• Production of creative creative thoughts.
• Make sure that the farm code of carry out is was aligned with.
• Make sure that periodic onboarding and development of farm employees is carried out.

Qualifications

Applicants should have applicable credentials with expertise.
