Position Targets

The Management Manager is in charge of coordinating the routine managerial processes of the organization and to carry out general solutions processes in a prompt and precise manner.

Duities and Duties

• Formulate and execute managerial standardized processes and rules to improve corporate effectiveness and productivity.
• Supervise and oversee the day-to-day activities of the managerial team, which includes directing managerial employees, entrusting duty, and offering direction and assist.
• Facility management, lease management, and procurement of new facilities.
• Procedure and Logistics Management
• Supervise workspace stock stock and procurement, making sure adequate inventory levels while minimizing waste. Oversee procurement processes organisation-wide.
• Oversee workspace facilities and tools, making sure proper functioning and dealing with any concerns promptly.
• Organize workspace servicing & maintenance and repairs, which includes coordinating with with vendors and service vendors.
• Organize commute structured.
• Serve as a point of reach out for within and outside the organization participants, dealing with questions and fixing problems without delay.

Qualifications

Interested applicants should have a Bachelor's degree Academic qualification with 15 - 20 years work expertise.
