What is the position?

The Role is indirectly in charge of the Organizing and Cost of the guard architecture linked to the various avenues in maturation to project implement stage. With reliable-line to the Country Guard Manager but possess a dotted-line status updates to the Project  Directors and a robust operating connection with other applicable General Managers and PMs

Duties

  • In charge to guarantee that every project possesses a economical, suit for objective, risk-based guard initiative that reduce risks to ALARP and makes all participants conscious of the risks to the project.
  • Oversee all guard project guard risks, implementation and ensure smooth handover to the Asset Guard Team upon finalization.
  • Oversee efficient project guard teams that are capably guided, accordingly resourced, skilled, and work together to attain transparently defined results
  • Oversee the consolidation and execution of guard qualifications/outputs covered in guard basis of design and guard strategies and ensure adequate coverage of guard factors in project implementation plan, EPC agreements, ITTs and offer assessment.
  • Lead development and execution of guard management operational structures which includes interface, cost, guarantee and supervising/status updates across Wells and Projects.
  • Oversee the development of all guard outputs necessary as per the Avenue Realisation Guidelines (ORS).
  • Guarantee adherence with guard rules, standardized processes, and guidelines as per Group Guard Guidelines and the Group Health, safety, security, and environment&SP Regulate Structure.
  • Shape, work alongside and assist service providers and vendors engaged by the project to supply efficient and productive guard for every facet of the project.
  • Comprehension the guard and geo-political dynamics across the Niger Delta and conceptualizing guard notions/strategies to oversee sophisticated risks.
  • Operating jointly and in an combined way with cross-operational business associates.
  • Requires readiness to juggle duties under intense pressure and tight timelines.
  • Coordinating guard logistics deployments for onshore and remote marine operations initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the CR and SE teams; which includes expertise in suitable technical guard qualifications.
