Commercial manager at a Fast-growing Cosmetics and Beauty Store - Startup Soar Consulting in Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Commercial manager to head our in-store processes and grow our presence in the industry. As our Commercial manager, you’ll oversee various store branches, educate and motivate sales staff, and execute efficient plans to lead sales and enhance group results.

Primary duties

• Formulate and implement strategic sales strategies to meet income targets
• Supervise day-to-day activities and effectiveness across different branches
• Educate, train, and head sales employees to meet and exceed targets
• Recognize new commercial opportunities and strategic collaborations
• Promote robust customer and distributor connections
• Observe industry trends and client preferences
• Evaluate sales data and supply practical findings for executive review
• Ensure exceptional retail customer experience and retention

What We’re Seeking

• At least Higher national diploma/Bachelor’s degreein Business, Promotion, or relevant field
• Demonstrated expertise in a sales executive function(ideally in cosmetics, beauty, or in-store)
• Deep knowledge of sales indicators, team inspiration, and CRM resources
• Clear expression, bargain, and team-building competencies
• Self-driven and outcomes-oriented
• Expertise managingmultiple in-store sites
• Must be based in or capable tocommute reliably to Wuse 2, Abuja
• Capability to produce sales documentation and analyze data to guide decisions
• Robust corporate and time-leadership abilities
• Readiness to operate any time, which includes weekends or advertising events
• Enthusiasm for the beauty industry and client fulfillment.
