• You are an skilled processes specialist with a solid experience in in-store, logistics, or stock management—preferably inside the fashion or lifestyle sector.
• You're initiative-driven, structured, and logical, with a talent for framework, team lead, and uninterrupted workflow optimization.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to keep in-store processes running productively and profitably.

Team Management:

Head and train retail and processes teams. Supervise planning, effectiveness assessments, and team development.

Status updates & Evaluation:

Track sales, stock turnover, and client response. Offer on a weekly basis and every month business documentation for executive review with findings and strategic guidance.

Customer experience:

Ensure outstanding retail and post-sale client experiences. Collaborate with client support teams to handle escalations and enhance methods.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of expertise in processes, with a minimum of 2 years in a executive position.
• Profile in fashion is a robust advantage.
• Robust corporate, logical, and management abilities.
• Competence in Excel, POS operational structures, stock management software, and Google Workspace.
• Clear articulation and analytical abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic and continuously adapting environment.
