Role summary

We are looking for a visionary and highly proficient Innovative Manager to head our innovative group and lead the development of captivating digital and creative assets across all channels. The preferred candidate will possess a solid experience in website design, graphic design, video and corporate identity plan, in addition to proven expertise coordinating innovative experts and monitoring multi-disciplinary projects from idea to implementation.

What you will do

• Head and oversee the innovative group, which includes website designers, User interface/User experience UI/UX professionals, graphic UI/UX professionals, and other innovative experts.
• Supervise the innovative direction and implementation of all digital and creative assets, making sure alignment with corporate identity standard procedures and business targets.
• Design and enhance compelling, user-friendly websites, landing pages, and digital interfaces that assist promotion and product plans.
• Formulate creative and cohesive graphic design assets for use across web, social platforms, email promotion, print, and demonstrations.
• Work alongside cross-operational teams to supply high-effect innovative initiatives.
• Oversee delivery schedules, assets, and processes to guarantee on-time completion and premium quality outcomes.
• Constantly enhance design operational structures and methods to improve innovative result, team productivity and development.
• Stay current with the latest market trends, resources, technical solutions, and standardized best practices.

Credentials

• Bsc is compulsory but a academic qualification in Graphic Design, Website design, Graphics Communications, or relevant field is a plus.
• 15+ years of expertise in a innovative/design position, with a minimum of 5 years in a executive or executive guidance role.
• Expertise in User interface/User experience design and user-centered visual design rules.
• Expertise with website design, graphic design or brand identity.
• Profile in animated visuals or visual content editing will be an added advantage.
• Competence in design resources which includes Adobe Innovative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Practical understanding of HTML/CSS and expertise partnering with front-end developers.
• Verified ability to head and motivate a remote team, oversee various projects, and provide exceptional innovative work on time.
• Clear articulation, visual communication, and project coordination competencies.
