Position Overview

We are looking for an skilled Project coordinator with an architectural profile to strategize arrange, and supervise all installation methods, making sure smooth service dispatch and customer satisfaction.

Team Management:

• Build solid relationship with the installation team through open dialog, advance a positive, safe , efficient and productive work environment
• Repeatedly evaluate, recognize and define standards to inspire group members to accomplish targets and targets
• Routine evaluation of team members to guarantee exceptional results.

QA:

Ensure goods meet quality benchmarks to reduce rework expenses. Track installation guidelines at all stages.

Workflow optimization:

Endorse measures to reduce waste and enhance installation procedures. Advance ongoing development and self-improvement.

Client Management:

Guarantee promptness, cost-efficient dispatch of system setups. Offer frequent updates to customers on milestone tracking.

Key Qualifications

• Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree Academic qualification in Architecture or any other related discipline
• Improved Degrees (Master's degree, Master of business administration) or qualifications (PMP) are a plus.
• At least 5 years' related experience, ideally in furniture production operations or architecture.
• Clear expression, collaboration, and planning abilities.
• Skilled in strategic thinking, project coordination, and issue resolution.
