Support Manager, project at Resource Intermediaries Limited in Ikoyi, Lagos

Position Overview

The Support Manager, project will assist the on-time completion ofoffice suit-out and building projects, making sure works are carried out within scope, financial plan, and timelines. The position requires robust synchronization competencies, stakeholder engagement, and close focus to recordkeeping and status updates, while making sure adherence with quality, safety, and binding obligations.

Primary duties

• Help in organizing, synchronization, and implementation of comprehensive project initiatives.
• Coordinate with service providers, advisors, landlords, and customer delegates to guarantee smooth dispatch.
• Track project plans, achievements, and outstanding outputs, escalating risks where necessary.
• Assist evaluate and authorization of drawings, design scope changes, and binding recordkeeping.
• Organize specialist project correspondence, session notes, and advancement documentation.
• Track vendor adherence with quality benchmarks, health, safety, and ecological qualifications.
• Coordinate on-site visits, inspections, and advancement sessions.
• Offer managerial and IT assistance to the Manager, project in every facet of project dispatch.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Building Management, Architecture, Engineering, or associated discipline.
• 2 - 4 years’ demonstrated expertise inconstruction or suit-out project synchronization.
• Robust corporate, logical, and schedule control competencies.
• Clear articulation competencies with fluency informal business English.
• Competence in Ms office tools; expertise in project coordination resources is a plus.
• Understanding withMEPF worksand interior suit-out methods is highly preferred.

Preferred Competencies:

• Expertise operating with global customers and multidisciplinary advisors.
• Expertise ofFIDIC or similar agreement frameworks.
• Comprehension of procurement, tendering, and vendor assessment methods.
