Position Overview

We are seeking a proficient Construction supervisor to supervise our building projects, making sure on-schedule finish, quality assurance, and safety guidelines.

Primary duties

• Oversee and oversee building on-site initiatives, which includes laborers and service providers
• Carry out consistent on-site inspections to track development and recognize promise concerns
• Guarantee adherence with safety procedures, building codes, and rules
• Work alongside the design team, customers, and service providers to settle concerns and execute design strategies
• Oversee and organize on-site logistics, which includes materials, tools, and work
• Preserve precise records of on-site initiatives, advancement, and incidents

Qualifications:

• Higher national diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building Management, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or relevant field
• Demonstrated expertise (a minimum of 3 years) in on-site oversight or building management
• Solid understanding of building methods, safety procedures, and building codes
• Clear articulation, executive guidance, and analytical abilities
• Capability to operate productively under pressure and oversee contradictory key focuses.
