Overview

We’re seeking ahighly structured, initiative-driven, and performance-focused Business operations manager to supervise day-to-day activities across our business units and ensure smooth implementation of stock chain, logistics, product allocation, e-commerce fulfilment, and dropshipping methods.

Primary duties

• Organize daily processes across procurement, logistics, and e-commerce divisions.
• Supervise supply acquisition, stock tracking, and prompt fulfillment of client orders.
• Oversee the DropshipAfrica collaboration processes, making sure prompt product status reports and dispatch.
• Ensures smooth customer experience.
• Recognize process bottlenecks and execute enhancements for effectiveness and cost-performance.
• Track results indicators and produce business documentation for management.
• Oversee and educate business employees to meet key effectiveness indicators.
• Be participated and make payments to the organization's business development initiatives.

Preferred candidate Profile

• Bsc in Business Administrator, Stock Chain, Processes, or relevant field.
• At least 3 years’ expertise in Process management, Logistics, or E-commerce.
• Robust corporate, executive guidance, and verbal abilities.
• Competence in online platforms which includes Excel spreadsheet software, Google Workspace, and project coordination software.
• Task juggling skill and work in a dynamic new venture environment.
• Expertise operating in an e-commerce or procurement-based organisation is a key advantage.
