Social media manager at GEM HR Consulting in Agungi, Lekki - Lagos

Primary duties

• Oversee all social platforms channels which includes Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, X (Twitter), Facebook and others.
• Produce, strategize and timetable content using a well-organized content calendar.
• Produce visually appealing, trendy and compelling content which includes reels, stories, carousel posts, and videos.
• Participate and cover live events, fittings, photoshoots, and marketing — capturing instantaneous content and behind-the-scenes recorded content.
• Formulate and execute objective-driven plans that match with the corporate identity’s short and long-term targets.
• Track, address, and engage with followers and clients across all channels.
• Work alongside other departments which includes the Innovative Manager, Generation team, Design Manager, and Client support.
• Track performance indicators and produce every month documentation with findings, data analysis, and strategic guidance for advancement.
• Oversee social platforms internship and ensure content is posted promptly and repeatedly.
• Recognize influencer and collaboration avenues and help in corporate identity partnership management.

Shift plan:

Mondays to Saturdays (1 day WFH option) Must be accessible to participate physical events and shoots as needed.
