Collections Team supervisor at Oxygen X Finance Company Limited Plc in Abeokuta, Ogun (on-site, office-based role)

The Role

We are seeking a very driven and skilled individual to head one of our collections teams in Abeokuta and assist the entire collections centre in delivering and exceeding their targets of connecting customers and collecting outstanding payments. The Team supervisor will be in charge of coordinating a team of telephone based collection agents, offering direction and assist, and making sure the prompt and efficient collection of outstanding repayments in an ethical manner that aligns with our corporate values.

We are seeking people with

• At least 5 years of expertise in a similar role with a minimum of 3yrs of devoted expertise as a Team supervisor
• Expertise of coordinating high volume outgoing dialler marketing
• Effective guidance and leadership abilities, with the capability to motivate and motivate team members.
• Clear articulation and people skills, with the capability to interact productively with clients and teammates at all levels.
• Established history of meeting or exceeding collection targets and KPIs.
• Competence in Office productivity software applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Expertise in applicable regulations and rules overseeing debt collection procedures.
• Capability to operate independently and in a collaborative environment in a dynamic environment.
