Business Unit Head - Lagos at Koolboks Limited in Lagos

Position Overview

• We are seeking agile, street-smart Business Unit Directs to promote usage of our Pay-As-You-Go (PAYGO) refrigeration and solar initiatives across key regions.
• The preferred candidate is a natural leader with expertise in below-the-line (BTL) activation, agent network growth, and collections — preferably from financial technology channels like OPay, Moniepoint, PalmPay, or FairMoney.
• This is a boots-on-the-ground position: you will be the mini-CEO of your territory — in charge of creating requirement, coordinating site teams, and making sure project sample health.

Team lead & Sales Management:

• Employ, educate, and oversee a team of site agents and sales reps.
• Monitor productivity using sales dashboards and analytics platforms.
• Ensure every agent is supplying on a weekly basis and every month KPIs.

Corporate identity Depiction:

Be the face of Koolbuy in your city — organizing activations, group events, and work collaboratively forums. Offer input to HQ on industry trends, pricing sensitivities, and rival movements.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of expertise in site sales, agent management, or financial technology like OPay, Moniepoint, Fairmoney, etc.
• Solid understanding of market forces and buyer conduct in informal sectors.
• Fluent in English and the local language of the allocated region.
• Verified ability to head teams, hit targets, and perform in high-stress situations.
• Understanding with POS payments, client orientation, and collections.
