In-Process QA Manager at Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries Limited in Ilupeju, Lagos

Position Overview

We are looking for a hardworking and skilled In-Process QA (IPQA) Manager to supervise quality adherence during generation. The preferred candidate will guarantee alignment to GMP, track in-process checks, oversee line clearance, and uphold quality benchmarks across all production operations stages.

Primary duties

• Supervising and assessment of manufacturing workflows at all stages of generation.
• To organize the Standard Operating Standardized process (SOP) and documentation on process regulate initiatives.
• Track and evaluate product standard by evaluating production operations and wrapping processes, batch documents, and offer guidance during production operations processes.
• Routine trending excellent quality data and updating on Oracle Enterprise platform planning
• Carry out sampling of midlevel/bulk goods and finished goods
• Collection of retention samples from generation. Settlement and move of the retained samples to the retention sample guest accommodation, making sure they are stored until their shelf life possesses expired.
• Standard procedure water sampling for generation initiatives
• Product settlement, evaluation of composite sample, and move of laboratory documentation.

Certification & Expertise

Bachelor's degree/Higher national diploma in Sciences 1-3 years of expertise in production operations ideally pharmaceutical

• Solid understanding of cGMP and compliance obligations
• Critical thinking in Issue resolution, Risk evaluation, Process evaluation
• Competence in MS Workspace and Data evaluation competencies
