QA Manager at Seven-Up Bottling Company Limited in Kaduna

Position Concise

We are at present hiring a QA Manager who will be responsible for making sure that the plant follows and aligns with quality procedures and delivers the highest reliable item. The candidate will be in charge of sharing information quality standardized processes and conceptualizing long term maintainable procedures to preserve superior quality process.

Duties

• Make sure that the region aligns with guidelines set by PCI and compliance-related rules on good production operations process.
• Coordinate with PCI and government authorities in engagement to product standard, process, wrapping and buyer connections.
• Guidance on how to adhere with new government rules on quality/ production operations initiatives and adherence with same.
• Carry out consistent surveys to enhance product standard and reduce wastages.
• Preserve region DB for plant and product effectiveness.
• Offer management with prompt and precise documentation on excellent output at the regions and in the trade.
• Organize strategic programme to attain maintainable product standard by the regions.
• In charge of the success of all QA audits; e.g AIB, QAS,GFIS etc.
• Oversee the quality assurance endeavors to guarantee goods are in conformity with organisation quality benchmarks.
• Recognize and head endeavors on product/process quality and cost management avenues to attain productivity gains.
• Head risk evaluation evaluation.
• Oversee concerns with non-conforming product to assure proper regulate, reduce loses, and offer evaluation to lead the elimination of future occurrences.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor Academic qualification (Bachelor's degree) or Higher national diploma in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Food Science and Tech
• A minimum of 5 years operating expertise in CSD industry with 2 years at management level of a quality assurance/guarantee operation in a F&B organisation
• Expertise in bottling processes
• Skilled in financial planning and team lead
• Expertise in bottling processes: Organizing,
• Production operations, Quality, Environment, Engineering, Workplace safety and wellness
• Business organizing proficiency/expertise
• Good comprehension and expertise of ongoing WC production operations structured approaches.
• Good comprehension of HQSE modalities and codes.
• Good comprehension of GMP and GHK (5S) guidelines.
