Role description

This position will be in charge of top the development and implementation of compelling creative assets for artists, promotional initiatives, operational base brand identity, and internal information exchange. In this position, you will be in charge of producing, coordinating, and circulating video, animated visuals, photography, and graphic content across digital channels to assist audio selections releases, advertising programs, and corporate identity narrative creation. You will work alongside artists, promotion, product, and content teams to generate high-effect graphics assets that elevate the organization’s image and assist artists triumph in the digital audio selections ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Audio selections Business, Promotion, Communications, or relevant field preferred (but not necessary with robust related experience)
• 3 - 5 years of expertise in multimedia generation, content formation, or digital media management—ideally in the audio selections, entertainment, or innovative industries.
• Competence in Adobe Innovative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Outcomes, Photoshop, Illustrator), Concluding Cut Pro, or equivalent
• Robust expertise in visual content editing, animated visuals, graphics narrative creation, and graphic design.
• Deep knowledge of social platforms channels, graphics algorithms, and short-form video plans (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube).
• Clear articulation and project coordination competencies.
• Understanding with digital allocation, DSP promotion specs, and audio selections metadata.
• Photography and basic videography competencies (for in-house content shoots) and expertise operating with self-sufficient artists, labels, or digital audio selections channels.
