Position Overview

The Workplace engagement Manager at Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc. will play a pivotal position in nurturing a positive work environment by coordinating workplace engagement, managing employee concerns, and making sure adherence with work legal provisions. This role includes strategic monitoring of employee relation programs, regulatory framework development, and preserving clear communication between management and employees.

Qualifications

• Bsc in HR, Business Management, or a relevant field.
• At least 10 years of expertise in workplace engagement or HR management.
• Solid understanding of work legal provisions and adherence rules.
• Clear articulation and bargaining ability.
• Capability to manage sensitive concerns with discretion and secrecy.
• Expertise in production operations or similar industry preferred.
• Accredited membership in applicable Human resources e.g. (CIPM, SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or IR accreditation) is a plus.
• Skilled in Human resources software and operational structures
• Capability to operate in a dynamic production operations environment
• Capability to head and oversee teams.
