Wireline Division Manager at Aeneas Alliance Nigeria Limited in Lagos

Position Overview

We pursue an skilled Wireline Division Manager to head our wireline solutions processes. The successful applicant will oversee a team of 25+ technical experts, supervise electric line and slickline processes, and lead business expansion in the wireline solutions sector.

Primary duties

• Head and oversee the full scope of wireline solutions division (electric line and slickline processes)
• Formulate and execute strategic strategies for wireline service growth
• Ensure safe, productive, and cost-efficient service dispatch to customers
• Oversee P&L duty for the wireline division
• Build and preserve customer connections with IOCs, NNPC, and self-sufficient operators
• Supervise tools procurement, servicing & maintenance, and utilization optimization
• Guarantee adherence with Nigerian Content Act and all compliance obligations
• Head business development initiatives and tender preparations
• Execute standards oversight operational structures and ongoing development programs
• Train and formulate technical staff inside the division

Necessary Credentials

• Bsc in Petroleum engineer, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field
• At least 15 years of expertise in wireline processes
• A minimum of 5 years in top level management positions within petroleum sector solutions
• Comprehensive expertise with electric line data recording, perforating, and finalization processes
• Solid understanding of Nigerian petroleum sector processes and compliance-related environment
• Established history in business development and customer connection management
• Outstanding executive guidance, information exchange, and public speaking
• Specialist qualifications (SPE, API, IWCF) preferred

Preferred Credentials:

• MSC in Petroleum engineer or Master of business administration
• Expertise with key petroleum sector operators in Nigeria
• Previous P&L leadership background
• Expertise in Nigerian Content Act qualifications
• International wireline processes expertise
