The Skilled manager is in charge of the attraction, selection, and retention of employees.
The position will execute staff planning, employee relation programs, professional growth, results tracking, hiring, orientation, succession and retention.
This position is critical in building a high-effectiveness staff and nurturing an environment that fosters uninterrupted growth and creative invention.

Recognize our company’s needs and work to produce and execute an productive recruitment plan to enhance hiring process and business effectiveness.
Carry out succession strategies by operating with corporate decision-makers to recognize and groom individuals for significant roles.
Execute Human resources programs that balance and meet the needs of the people in addition to the needs of the company.
Lead the execution of Perfomance Management frameworks.
Oversee employee exit methods, which includes carrying out exit interviews and managing exit clearance standardized processes.
Expecting the entities future and operating with top level senior leaders to advise on hiring tactics that will assist to sustain the organization’s success.
Conceptualizing and executing plans to draw in multifaceted applicants to all zones of the business.
Assist retiring employee by offering information about the retirement process, their rights and obligations, and advise on post-retirement matters.
Carry out remuneration program in accordance with legal provisions and industry procedures.
Mentor line managers and supervisors to offer professional development guidance and to groom staff.
Strategy communications initiatives to build consciousness of the profession framework and options accessible in the company.
