Position Overview

The Harvesting manager is in charge of organizing, arranging and coordinating the harvesting process of cane, both mechanical and documented guide harvesting on a routine basis.

Duties

• Organizing, arranging and Managing the Department’s Processes.
• Productive documented guide cane cutting and mechanical harvesting
• Expense management
• Guarantee adherence of Service Operating Standardized process
• Maximum stock of best quality of cane to the factory
• Generation documentation
• Organize the Harvest Workshop, Transport and factory Processes by coordinating with with the various Sectional Heads and Heads Of Departments.
• Entire duty for productive process of the organization harvest, loading machineries and tools which includes expense management.
• Making sure highest quality of cane documented guide cutting and mechanical harvesting.
• Leading process by assigning duty and setting work key focuses to the sectional heads.
• Making sure that operators are at their best level
• Coordinating with with the Development Unit of the Human resources Department to guarantee employees are well prepared and their competencies properly harnessed.
• Making sure that work guidelines, plants/tools business status adheres to current specialist standard and lawful qualifications.

Qualifications

• A at least Bachelor's degree. In any Agriculture or Engineering associated courses.
• At least 15 years’ cognate expertise.    
• Clear communication competencies
• Team lead competencies
• Expertise in work legal provisions
• Basic financial competencies
• Bargaining ability
• Public speaking.
