Position Overview

As a Development Evaluator at Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc, you will play a pivotal position in optimizing staff productivity and corporate ability through analytics-based development plans. You will assist the design, execution, and assessment of learning programs that match with our business targets in our dynamic FMCG environment.

Duties

• Deliver session needs evaluation (TNA) cross-functional units to recognize ability differences and development avenues.
• Work alongside Human resources and unit-specific heads to design and execute development strategies.
• Formulate and preserve a development calendar, making sure on-time completion of programs.
• Track and evaluate development indicators, response, and ROI to enhance learning performance.
• Assist the digitalization of learning through e-learning channels and resources.
• Organize with external development vendors and guarantee adherence with quality benchmarks.
• Organize development documentation, dashboards, and demonstrations for management evaluate.
• Verify that every development initiatives adhere with compliance-related and internal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bsc in HR, Business Management, Industrial Psychology, or relevant field.
• At least four (4) years of expertise in a development, learning & development, or Human resources data analysis position, ideally in FMCG or production operations.
• Robust critical thinking with competence in Excel, Power BI, or other data resources.
• Clear articulation, facilitation, and planning abilities.
• Understanding with LMS channels and digital learning resources is a plus.
