Position Overview

To strategize design, and supervise building initiatives from the ground up to finalization, making sure effectiveness, quality, and adherence with safety guidelines.

Technical Oversight:

• Oversee work initiatives, tools usage, and machine servicing & maintenance.
• Supervise rebar measurement, cage fabrication, concrete generation, and cube sampling.
• Engage in land surveying and ensure precise layout implementation.
• Estimate material and work qualifications for project practicality.
• Offer technical guidance on design modifications and structural modifications.

Safety & Adherence:

Ensure adherence to safety procedures and use of personal protective tools (PPE). Advance an environment that fosters safety and ensure team compliance to guidelines.

Team Assist:

Assist project team with associated duty to guarantee smooth implementation.

Qualifications

• Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree / Master's degree Academic qualification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant field.
• 5 years of applicable building / on-site engineering expertise.
• Skilled in reading drawings, interpreting surveys, and using Office productivity software resources.
• Robust issue resolution, schedule control, and verbal abilities.
• Physically suit with high meticulousness and corporate capability.
