Objective of Position

The position of the Buyer Organizing team is to proactively offer a comprehensive, comprehensive view of the development potentials in our market and to mentor the development of interventions to harness these avenues from a culture, buyer and shopper point of view. This team is anticipated to uncover in-depth penetrating findings about occasions, buying and usage actions and use these findings to motivate promotion plans and strategies which ensure we lead buy through all channels. This position is in charge of transforming how our brands link with customers productively and productively. The position will execute the key principles of the Linkages Organizing Model and supply world-class analytics-based linkage strategies for our brands that are activated brilliantly, operating seamlessly with the category corporate identity teams.

Position duties

• Offer direction to the linkages organizing process (with media agency and brands) and dispatch of key results, i.e. A fully combined linkage strategy that marries innovative and media placement and operates 100%, ‘no dead ends’ across the buyer journey.
• Ensure suitable use of data, & findings as part of the linkages organizing process, to comprehend local business hurdles and avenues and convert them into summaries, in addition to forecast practices and marketing effect
• Shaping and building ability in order to lead efficient media plan that supplies category and brand development.
• Work in partnership with top level participants to shape media financial funding decisions.
• Head uninterrupted measurement, assessment and advancement of the linkage strategies for all strategic brands with every quarter assessments with the Promotion Executive guidance Team
