Role summary
- We are looking for a agile and skilled Business Development Manager for our estate industry with the capability to lead business development, promotion, and sales programs.
- The preferred candidate will be in charge of managing statutory and legal adherence, strategic organizing, and nurturing key customer connections.
- The position demands at least 5 years of related experience and teaching credentials in Business Management or a relevant field.
Duties
- Formulate and execute strategic business development strategies to boost expansion and growth.
- Head business promotion & sales endeavors to draw in new customers and preserve current connections.
- Guarantee adherence with statutory and compliance obligations in the estate industry.
- Recognize new commercial opportunities and industry trends to capitalize on business opportunity.
- Work alongside internal teams to enhance operational workflows and improve process effectiveness.
- Carry out market analysis and evaluation to recognize attractive advantages and positioning.
- Organize and show business proposals, documentation, and demonstrations to participants.
- Oversee and train a team of business development experts to attain targets.
- 9Monitor industry progress updates, rival initiatives, and client response to guide business plans.
- Establish and preserve robust strategic collaborations with primary stakeholders, customers, and industry associations.
Qualifications
- Bsc in Business Management, Promotion, or a relevant field; MSC preferred.
- Established history of a minimum of 5 years in business development, promotion, and sales in the estate industry.
- Deep knowledge of statutory and legal adherence qualifications in the property market.
- Clear articulation, bargain, and people skills.
- Strategic thinker with the capability to evaluate industry trends and formulate creative business plans.
- Executive guidance attributes with expertise in coordinating and inspiring teams.
- Competence in CRM software, MS Workspace suite, and other business developmenttools.
