Position Overview

We are looking for a highly proficient and innovative Promotion Manager to head and implement promotion programs that lead corporate identity consciousness, client relation, and business expansion. The preferred candidate will possess a solid experience in digital and traditional promotion, established leadership expertise, and practical competence in content formation, social platforms management, and marketing implementation.

Primary duties

• Business promotion strategy: Formulate and execute creative and complete promotion plans in sync with business targets.
• Team lead: Oversee, train, and motivate a team of promotion experts to supply high-effect outcomes.
• Corporate identity Management: Supervise and preserve corporate identity honesty and reliability across all promotional assets and channels.
• Marketing Management: Strategy and implement efficient promotional initiatives across digital and offline channels.
• Digital Promotion: Formulate and oversee digital promotional initiatives across channels (social platforms, email, web, etc.).
• Social platforms Management: Manage day-to-day activities of social platforms accounts, growing relation and followers organically.
• Content Formation: Generate and refine compelling creative assets (reels, videos, skits, ads) tailored to audience and operational base practices.
• Financial plan Monitoring: Oversee and enhance promotion financial plans to guarantee robust ROI on marketing and initiatives.
• Market Analysis & Evaluation: Evaluate market trends, market data, and key indicators to guide strategic judgment.
• Cross-Operational Partnership: Collaborate with sales, product, and innovative teams to align promotion plans with broader business targets.

Qualifications & Credentials

• Expertise: 5–8 years of demonstrated expertise in promotion, with a minimum of 3 years in a executive function.
• Strategic Thinking: Robust capability to formulate and implement both short-term and long-term promotion plans.
• Executive guidance: Exhibited success in coordinating and inspiring a team.
• Logical Mentality: Skilled in evaluating industry trends and marketing effectiveness.
• Innovative abilities: Outstanding innovative mindset and content development competencies.
• Video & Content Formation:S trong video shooting and editing competencies (especially for short-form content like reels and skits).
• Online platforms: Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and email promotion channels.
• Design Competence: Proficient in design resources which includes Canva and Adobe Innovative Suite.
• Information exchange: Outstanding verbal and professional writing competencies.
• Project sample: Must offer a project sample or examples of previous promotion content and marketing.
