Heavy Tools Manager at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc in Apapa, Lagos

Position Objective

To guarantee that all Tools are functioning optimally for the growth of the organization and to reduce servicing & maintenance cost and non-operational time.

The Position

• Oversee all repairs work done as timetable by the line Managers.
• Making sure that proper room maintenance services is preserved in the workshop.
• Keeping track of the consumables used in the workshop and its accessibility.
• Oversee various servicing & maintenance mechanics and auto electricians.
• Keep records of servicing & maintenance and repairs work done in the workshop floor.
• Tracking tools quality throughout lifetime and endorse alternatives when needed.
• Strategy and organize preventive, corrective, and crisis servicing & maintenance initiatives.
• Verify that every tools is preserved in most effective operating requirement, minimizing non-operational time.
• Track servicing & maintenance plans and modify the automated Servicing & maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Credentials / Expertise

OND in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering / NABTEB / C&G / WAEC TECHNICAL. At least 2 years’ expertise in a similar position.

• Be capable to juggle duties and prioritize work in a dynamic, tools-driven environment.
• Capability to operate in a dynamic, process-driven environment.
