Role Overview

We are hiring a Quality assurance Manager to head and enhance our garment assessment methods across all product categories. This position is central to preserving our quality benchmarks and making sure superiority from factory floor to concluding dispatch. The preferred candidate will bring a balance of practical specialized skill and executive ability, with the capability to head an expanding team and shape our long-term quality plan.

Primary duties

• Formulate and execute strong quality assurance guidelines, operational structures, and standardized processes across the factory.
• Supervise comprehensive assessment for all fashion categories.
• Head and train the Quality assurance team to enhance output, precision, and ongoing development.
• Carry out deep quality audits and root cause evaluation to reduce generation errors.
• Organize closely with generation, design, and processes teams to uphold corporate identity honesty and reliability.
• Educate team members on quality requirements, adherence, and industry standards.
• Produce documentation and indicators to track excellent output and endorse enhancements.
