Position Overview

We are recruiting a driven and skilled Zone Commercial manager (ASM) to oversee and grow primary sales inside the Lagos territory for a top FMCG organisation. The preferred candidate will be in charge of meeting revenue goals, coordinating distributor connections, leading a team of sales senior leaders, and conceptualizing territory-specific plans to boost sales and corporate identity presence.

Primary duties

• Accomplish primary revenue goals for allocated SKUs and variants inside the Lagos territory.
• Set and convey clear sales quotas for sales senior leaders, making sure they are equipped and directed to reach targets.
• Formulate and preserve robust, efficient connections with distributors and ensure regular stock chain effectiveness.
• Track rival initiatives and industry trends; design counter-plans to preserve a attractive edge.
• Improve corporate identity visibility and consciousness to lead product penetration and market distribute.
• Collect, evaluate, and documentation on market and sales data to assist in business strategic judgment.

Qualifications

• Applicants should have a Bsc in any site (Promotion, Business, or associated discipline preferred) with 3 years’ expertise in FMCG sales, with team management
• Demonstrated expertise managing distributor networks and territory sales.
• Specialist qualifications or development in sales or promotion will be an added advantage.
• Robust product visual communication and bargaining ability.
