Job Description

Preserve the entire quality and service guidelines of all kitchen generation and environments.
Stand in to check the on a weekly basis paperwork and sign off. All records must be checked during generation.
Making sure that requisitions and proper opening and closing processes are being finished each change.
Preserve cleanliness of the premises on a routine basis and ensure the premises are cleaned before the closure of routine initiatives
Move throughout the facility to visually track and take action to guarantee quality service guidelines are fulfilled.
Interact positively with clients and settle challenges to the fulfillment of participated parties.
Convey transparently to offer clear direction to the employees.
Observe effectiveness and motivate advancement where necessary.
Ensure servicing & maintenance of tools by calling for repairs and development of employees on proper use
Show positive executive guidance characteristics that motivate team members to meet and exceed guidelines.

A Tertiary Academic qualification is essential.
At least 3 years of work expertise in a executive position in a efficient food dining venue
Capability oversee self and lead a team for boosted productivity
Issue resolution and dispute leadership abilities
Demonstrated expertise of meeting routine sales goal
Capability to assign duty and follow through until finalization
Proactivity and the use of plan are necessary for this position.
Must be adaptable to take on any change (morning and afternoon).
Applicants required location close proximity to their preferred site, as this position does not offer accommodation.
