Work tasks

• Preserve entire quality and service guidelines
• Convey transparently to offer clear direction to the employees
• Participate compulsory sessions and organize employee roster
• Observe effectiveness and motivate advancement where necessary.
• Make sure that each change across all units preserve proper recording system
• Interact positively with clients and settle challenges to the fulfillment of participated parties.
• Stand in to check on a weekly basis paperwork and sign off. All records must be checked during generation and pass-out to the front-workspace for sale
• Serve as go-between between generation floor and front desk and keep an self-sufficient document system, to serve as regulate
• Periodically move throughout the facility to visually track and take action to guarantee quality service guidelines are fulfilled.
• Show positive executive guidance characteristics which motivate team members to meet and exceed guidelines.
• Preserve cleanliness of premise on a routine basis and ensure the premises are cleaned before closing of routine initiatives
• Guarantee adherence of basic standard operating standardized processes for premises is in place and are in adherence with legal provisions and J-Six’s own procedures.

Qualifications

• Interested applicants should have an OND / NCE
• At least 1 year of work expertise in a efficient food dining venue as a Team supervisor or Manager
• Use of Excel and expertise in Zoho is a plus.
• Capability to assign duty and follow through until finalization
• Proactivity and the use of plan are necessary for this position.
• Must be adaptable to take on any change (morning and afternoon).
• Applicants required location close proximity to their preferred site, as this position does not offer accommodation.
• Please note that successful applicants will work a rotational 8-hour change.

Compensation

• Every month Net Remuneration: N100,000
• Employees Lunch and Target Stipend.
